             A copy of the letter bearing No. 51-31/2013-BD&MD dtd.06.08.2013 from BD&Mktg Directorate on the above subject is sent herewith for information, guidance and further necessary action at your end.

            I am directed to request to clear all pending bills pertaining to Speed Post delivery incentive by 30^th September-2013 and ensure for submission of compliance report in respect of your Region/Unit on the issue immediately for submission to the Directorate.
