Sub: Imparting In-house training to Departmental employees (DEs) and GDSs to achieve Physical target for the FY 2013-14
In pursuance of PLI Dte. Letter no: 18-12/2013-LI dated 10.04.2013 and Circulated vide this office letter no: LI/5-50/2013-14(PLAN) dated 08.05.2013 and dated 10.05.2013 to achieve Physical plan target, it is decided to arrange a three day In-house PLI/RPLI training program at each Divisional Head quarter as per the schedule mentioned below.

As clarified by PLI Dte and communicated vide this section letter no: LI/5-50/2013-14(PLAN) dated 08.05.2013, expenditure for TA/DA will be reimbursed from TE (Plan) head. The funds available under PPS (Plan) should be utilized towards payment of fees to trainers.
At the end of this training each Divisional Head will submit a report in the following format latest by 20th Nov,2013.

The selection of DEs/ GDSs will be from those who have failed to bring business to the Division substantially due to lack of marketing knowledge and after ensuing training they will be potentially utilised to bring maximum business during Mela scheduled on 23.11.2013.
It will be the personal responsibility of all the Divisional Heads to see that the funds under appropriate heads are spent, booked and report submitted latest by 20.11.2013.
