In continuation to this office letter of even number dated 24-07-2014 ,it is to intimate that the Circle Cultural Meet has been rescheduled to be held on 30-10-2014 to 31-10-2014 at Bhanja Kalamandap, near Odisha State Museum, Kalpana square, Bhubaneswar, as the All India Postal Hockey Tournament  is scheduled to be held from 14-10-2014 to 18-10-2014
