Appeal to make the General Body Meeting of AIPEU, Gr.-C, Bhubaneswar Division on 03.01.2016 a grand success

Dear Comrades,

Heartfelt greetings to all of you on the eve of Merry Christmas, 2015 and Happy New Year, 2016.

In an emergent Working Committee Meeting held in the premises of Ashoknagar MDG, Bhubaneswar – 751 009 on 16.12.2015, it has been unanimously resolved to hold the Annual General Body Meeting–cum-New Year’s Get-together on 03.01.2016 at Khandagiri.

The required notice as per constitution has since been dispatched. Hope, You all might have received the same.

Those who have not sent their contributions may send / remit  to Sri Sukhalal Tudu, Treasurer, AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division, Ashoknagar MDG, Bhubaneswar – 751 009 at an early date.

We are conducting this G B Meeting in such a moment while the 7^th CPC has rejected all our just and genuine demands and submitted its report full of retrograde measures on one hand and the National Joint Council of Action comprising Confederation, Railway Federations and Defence Federations is planning for an Indefinite Strike from 1^st week of March, 2016 on the other. This apart, we have many local issues to be discussed. Thus,  this General Body Meeting has its own special importance.

As such, all the members are sincerely requested to attend the General Body Meeting invariably without fail along with written papers containing problems faced by them in discharging their official duties with necessary suggestions. All willing members will be allowed to speak / present a paper containing his opinion on any burning issue with brief discussion. So, every member should feel free to discuss any issue faced by him/her including the activities of the union at present.

 

A free and detailed discussion can bring some solutions to our problems. The G B Meeting is the right forum for detailed discussion for our issues. No member should keep anything within his/her mind and come forward daringly to discuss. A right discussion in the right forum can give us a right solution. Personal discussions beyond the platform have no meaning at all. We know, you have many things to say which you have not yet disclosed in the proper forum but regularly discussing here and there. So please don't hesitate to attend  and keep your stand.

 

Once again, all the members of Bhubaneswar Division are sincerely requested to attend the G B Meeting with full preparations and cooperate this Divisional Union to perform better.
