Sub- Protest against opening of PRS Counter in Old Town , Bhubaneswar-2 MDG, which has since been rolled out to CBS Finacle & McCamish.
Respected Sir,
It is matter of great dismay that order has been issued from CO for opening of a PRS Counter in a heavy office with eight number of BOs, Old Town, Bhubaneswar-2 MDG, which has already been rolled out to CBS Finacle & McCamish. We are continuously lodging our protest against various ground level difficulties faced by staff like non-supply of basic hard-wares, sluggish connectivity & problem in Soft-ware etc. But, no action is being taken for removal of such problems, which is not at the hands of the employees and the employees at grass root level are being suppressed/oppressed like anything and have been forced to implement various schemes with great hardship.
While the employees have not come out from the whirlpool of CBS & McCamish, the introduction of PRS Counter to such a big office, Old Town MDG from the existing staff strength has added salt to injury. It is worth-while to mention that the tolerance of employees has crossed all the limits without correcting the bottom level infrastructure.
We, suggest for opening of PRS Counters in those offices having less work load that to by deployment of PA staff for the purpose of extra work-load.
On the circumstances, it is urged to stop the proposal of opening of PRS Counter in Old Town MDG, taking in to consideration the heavy work load & shortage of staff.
