As per instructions contained in Directorate’s letter no. 92-10/2011/O & N, dated 08/08/2011, Sadbhabana Diwas will be observed on 19/08/2011. The pledge in Hindi is reproduced below in English. All are requested to observe the ceremony.
SADBHABANA DAY PLEDGE
I take this solemn pledge that I will work for the emotional oneness and harmony of all the people of India regardless of caste, religion or language. I further pledge that I shall resolve all differences among us through dialogue and constitutional means without resorting to violence
