Sub-       Slow processing of transactions in Sanchaya Post & POS in the computers of Bhubaneswar GPO resulting to staff inconvenience & member of public as well- request for kind intervention.

Respected Sir,

It has been observed that the systems dealing with Sanchaya Post & POS in Bhubaneswar GPO are running very slow and it takes 2-3 minutes to back in transaction mode after any form send to data base. The rush in counters is very much available due to such problem for slow disposal of public and the staffs have to face the public anguish unnecessarily.

We have been reported that the above problem has since been referred to CO by Senior PM Bhubaneswar GPO for remedial action. But, no tangible action has yet to be made and the problem is still continuing.
Further, it is to intimate that the advices of SAs stationed at Bhubaneswar GPO have been taken for rectification of afore-said errors, but has yield no result.

Therefore, it is requested for action from CO end to find out the root of the problem and to initiate action to cause permanent solution to the above cited problem.
