            In partial modification to this office memo of even number dated 07.05.2012 and 10.05.2012, the competent authority is pleased to issue the modified orders of postings in HSG-II cadre as follows.

            As reported by the SSPOs, Cuttack City Division, Cuttack, the Writ Petition No.9369/2005 filed before the Hon’ble Orissa High Court by Shri P. C. Sukla , APM A/Cs, Cuttack GPO has been withdrawn as per order dated 17.05.2012 passed by the Hon’ble Orissa High Court in Misc. case no.7912/2012 arising out of WP( C ) No.9369/2005. In view of the above, Shri Sukla will join as APM(Mails), Chandinichouk HO immediately.

            All other aspects/conditions mentioned in this office Memo of even number dated 07.05.2012 and 10.05.2012 will remain unaltered.
