As per C.O. instructions vide No.-SB/1-135/2008/Ch-IV dtd 01.10.2013, it is to intimate that the Workshop on eFMS under on MGNREGS will be organized by the PR Department of Govt. of Odisha at DRDA conference hall, Khurda on 6.10.2013(10am to 5pm). So the following officers/officials are hereby directed to aattend the aforesaid workshop positively without fail.

            1)      APM(SOSB),Bhubaneswar GPO.

2)      APM (SB Counter),Bhubaneswar GPO.

3)      PMs/SPMs, BBSR-2 MDG/ Nimapara MDG/ Balanga/ Bamanal/ Birtung/ Brahmakundi/ Bangurigaon/ Gop/ Konark/ Nayahat/ Nuapalamhat/ Pipili/ Rench/ Kakatpur/ Dumduma H.B. Colony/ KIIT/ Banamalipur/ Baramunda Colny SO.

4)      All Sub-Divisional Heads.  

5)      All O/S mails.

6)      One SA from Bhubaneswar GPO who has attended the eFMS Workshop at SIRD Bhubaneswar on 20 th and 21st September 2013.

7)      Sri B.P.Panda,System Administrator,Bhubaneswar Division.

8)      Sri R.K.Pradhan,Syatem Administrator,Bhubaneswar Division.

1)      The Sr. Postmaster,Bhubaneswar GPO,Bhubaneswar-751001 for information and necessary action.

2)      All Sub Divisional Heads under Bhubaneswar Division for information and necessary action. They are requested to attend the said training programme with their O/S mails positively in time.

Sub :  Capacity building workshop on  EFMS  under  MGNREG  through Department of Posts. 

Sir,

         I am directed  to intimate that  it has been decided to implement EFMS service in all post offices of the circle. To sensitize the staff it has been decided to conduct a workshop programme on EFMS-MGNREGS wage payment through Post Offices at  on 6.10.2013 and 20.10.2013  from 10.00 Hours to 17.00 Hours. The workshop will be organized by the PR Department of Govt. Of Odisha.  MGNREGS  co-ordinator and programme officers from DRDA will be the resource persons from the state Govt. Side where as System Administrators of HOs those attended the eFMS work shop at SIRD Bhubaneswar on 20 th and 21^st September 2013 will be the resource persons from DOP side. The number of officials to  attend  the workshop with date place and venue of the workshop is enclosed in the attachment. The number of SOs doing NREGA given in the attachment is obtained from the data submitted by concerned HOs in CBS portal. The Divisional Supdt.s are requested to depute all the SPMs of the offices doing NREGS work under their division including left out offices, if any.

It is requested to ensure cent percent attendance in the workshop.
