Allotment of qualified Postman/Mailguard to the neighbouring Divisions

            As per the provisions  contained in Revised Recruitment Rules,2010  for postman/mailguard and amendment thereto the following  GDS officials , who have qualified in the Postman/Mailguard examination held on 29-09-2013 pertaining to the vacancies of 2012 for filling up of the 50 % vacancies  on the basis of competitive examination  restricted to GDS, but not selected against the existing vacancies in the Division  are hereby selected for promotion to the cadre of Postman/Mailguard  and allotted on the basis of existing vacancies to the neighbouring Divisions as per their merit list. The details of the candidates selected for promotion to the cadre of Postman/Mailguard are detailed below. Further necessary action may be taken   by the concerned Divisions for issue of appointment order i/r/o the selected candidates observing usual formalities
