Sub- Protest against mass scale deputation orders of PA staff from Bhubaneswar division for working in Circle Office-request for kind intervention for cancellation of such orders done recently.

Respected Sir,

           We are expressing our deep concern on mass scale deputation of PA staff from Bhubaneswar division to various sections of Circle Office which we think is total overlooking to heavy work load at the end of operative offices and Division as well. It has to be admitted that the operative offices and divisional offices are over loaded with works after implementation of various schemes and after decentralization of PLI/ RPLI works. So, further reduction of staff from divisional level is not justified & appreciable.

          Already eight numbers of PAs from Bhubaneswar division had been taken on deputation to CO and they are permanently working at CO and there is no action by CO for their return. Recently, it has been intimated that order has been issued from various branches of CO for deputation of four PAs from Bhubaneswar division namely Sri Lingaraj Sahoo, Sri Parmeswar Behera, miss. Sandhyarani Swain & Sri Prasanna Ku. Mohanty and such action has been taken by this union with much seriousness.

        On the circumstances, it is urged upon for cancellation of recent order of CO in which the above four officials are shown deputed to Circle Office for ensuring smooth running of operative offices and divisional office of Bhubaneswar division.
