The
competent authority is pleased to order promotion of the following HSG-II
(Postal) officials to officiate in HSG-I cadre purely on ad hoc and temporary
basis in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/-(PB-2) with Grade pay of
Rs.4600/- with immediate effect. The officials on their ad hoc promotion are
allotted to the regions noted against them.

The officials may please note that
their promotion to HSG-I cadre is purely temporary and on ad hoc basis and it
confers no claim for their regular appointment and they may be reverted at any
time without prior notice terminating the ad hoc arrangement. The ad hoc
arrangement is for a period of 11 months or until further orders whichever is
earlier.
Before giving promotion to HSG-I cadre
on ad hoc basis, it should be ensured that no disc / vig. case is pending or
contemplated against the official.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to
all concerned in due course.
