Bhawan, Keonjhargarh. Bhubaneswar Division was represented by its Asst. Secretary Com. Dipti Ranjan Mohanty and Circle Councilor Com. Kailash Ch. Sahoo. Com. B Samal, Asst. Circle Secretary could not attend the meeting due to a death case in his family.
