            In pursuance of the approval of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001 conveyed vide C.O Memo No: ST/45-Genl-Rule-38/2013 dated 01.01.2014, the following officials in Postal Asst. cadre of other Divisions whose transfer under Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume-IV has been approved to Bhubaneswar Division, are hereby posted to the posts as mentioned against their names below.

            The Divisional Heads concerned are requested to ensure before relief that there is no Disciplinary / Vigilance case pending against the officials of their unit. The transfer of the officials is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.         The officials are not entitled to TA / TP.

2.             The seniority of the officials on joining duty in the new unit shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume - IV. 

3              The pay of the officials will be fixed under normal rules of fixation.

4.         The officials shall not claim for repatriation back to their parent units at a later date before completion of 5 years of service in the new unit.

5.         All other terms and conditions of Rule-38 transfer as amended from time to time shall be applicable to them.

• Relieving charge report may be issued to all concerned.
