It has been decided to hold the above mentioned Circle level Chess Selection on
15th & 16th July 2014 at Recreation Club of Cuttack
G.P.O., Cuttack. This selection is to finalize the Circle Chess Team to
participate in the All India Chess tournament.
Entries of the following officials have been
considered for participation in the circle selection.

All above officials may be relieved in time with instruction to report Shri
Ajay Kumar Nayak, PA, Medical College S.O & Shri Santosh Kumar Prusty,
Cashier, HRO RMS ‘N’ Dn., Cuttack at Recreation Club, Cuttack G.P.O, Cuttack at
9 A.M. on 15th July 2014. In case any official is unable to attend
the selection, he must intimate the reasons through proper channel to the
undersigned before commencement of the selection, so that the arrangement for
selection will be made accordingly. Accommodation for outstation participants
is made available in the Club room of Cuttaack G.P.O. Hence soon after their
arrival, the participants may contact Shri A.K.Naik, P.A, Medical College SO,
Cuttack or Shri Santosh Kumar Prusty, Cashier, HRO RMS ‘N’ Dn., Cuttack for
accommodation.
All players may be granted 2 days Special C.L. on 15th & 16th
July 2014 plus actual journey time on individual application. All the players
those who have already issued Identity Card must bring the Card at the time of
selection.
All above players should note that T. A. and D.A. will be paid (on production
of ticket) through shortest route only to those players who will get chance in
the Chess Team for participation in All India Tournament.
