Sub:     Local officiating arrangement against vacant posts of IPs in Divisions of HQ Region reg.

 

            It has been decided to make local officiating arrangement in IP cadre at Circle level to fill up the following vacant IP posts from amongst the eligible and willing officials of PA/SA cadre observing usual formalities on short term basis not exceeding six months or till posting of approved officials whichever is earlier:-

I am directed to request you to call for applications from eligible officials of your Division/ Unit willing to officiate against the above-mentioned vacant post(s) of IP cadre. Only eligible willing officials having 5 years of regular service in PA/SA cadre and within the prescribed age limit as per rule with good record of service will be considered. Their details in following pro forma report, special report, Disc./vig clearance  may be furnished to this office latest by  24-10-2014.
