Allotment of outsiders selected to the cadre of Postman through Direct Redruitment Examination in Bhubaneswar Division

  Memo No.     B.12-15/DRPM(Exam)/2014-15,       Dated at Bhubaneswar the 14.07.2015. 

The following  outsider candidates who have been selected  for the post of Postman for the year 2014  through Direct Recruitment Examination held on 14.12.14 and have been allotted to Bhubaneswar Division on the basis of vacancies as instructed vide CO Memo no. RE/30-22/2013/ch-II dtd 20.01.15 and already imparted with prescribed Practical & Theoretical Training started w.e.f 06.07.15 for a period of 10 days ordered vide this office Memo of even no. dtd 02.07.2015 is hereby allotted to the Unit/Sub Division as detailed below against him for appointment to the cadre of Postman in the scale of pay Rs.5,200/- to 20,200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2,000/- in Pay Band-1 subject to satisfactory verification of educational certificates, caste certificate/other required documents.

            If  it is later found that any of those candidate was not eligible to take the examination under the rules or instructions on the subject or other reasons, or in case, any mistake is later on found with regard to announcement of the result of any candidate for any reason whatsoever, his name will be deleted from the list of successful candidates or list of candidates securing concession as the case may be. The above candidates, so selected, will join to the post immediately after receiving necessary order from the Unit / Sub-Divisional Head concerned.  

The above candidates on joining to the Postman cadre will be governed by restructures defined contributory Pension system available to new entrants to the Central Government with effect from 1^st January, 2004.
