AV/GUP Installation Status of CBS Live Locations - reg
Sir,
The AV
Installation & GUP Configuration Status of the CBS migrated locations as on
18th July 2015 was reviewed
with the data received by TCS and feasibility data of Sify and observations are
submitted below:
1. Among the 2589
locations, 63 locations were not installed with AV and 923 Locations were
partially installed with AV as per the comparison made with the system
Availability in Feasibility report and TCS Report dated 18-07-2015.
2.
Among the 889 locations having
more than 10 systems and eligible for configuring GUP, 122 locations are yet to
be configured with GUP.
As per the
Directorate Instructions, it is mandatory to install AV in all the systems for
the locations going live for CBS, but even after going Live for CBS AV
installation is not completed. Hence Circle SPOC is requested to arrange to
install AV for all the systems in the locations detailed in the trail mail, to
avoid Network slowness after CBS migration.
(Note : The AV Installation Status is Analysed with
respect to Sify Feasibility Report and the data shared by TCS, Hence Locations
are requested to check the same w.r.t the physical availability of the systems
and ensure 100% AV Installation. Any Issue i/c/w Locations installed with AV
but not reflected in Report may be taken up with TCS Helpdesk for further
action.)
