Appeal to the members of AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division

Dear Comrades,

As you know, our 9th Biennial Conference has been scheduled to be held from 28th to 29th May, 2016. While the Working Committee will  sit at 10 AM on 28.05.2016 in Ashoknagar MDG, the Open Session will be at the Odisha Association for the Blind, Kharvelnagar (near Big Bazar), Bhubaneswar - 751001 as per the programme already circulated.

Required instruction has already been issued by Divisional Office to concerned SPMs/Postmasters to grant Special C L to all elected office bearers and W C Members of the Union.  The said order has already been published in our website.

As such, all the office bearers and working committee members are requested to apply for Special C L and get themselves relieved in time to attend the Working Committee Meeting at 10 AM in Ashoknagar MDG on 28.05.2016.

All the general body members are sincerely requested to arrive at the venue of Open Session  before  9 AM on 29.05.2016 so that we can start our programme sharp at 10 AM to finish in time keeping an eye to the scorching heat in Bhubnaeswar.
