The Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar is pleased to approve the mutual transfer under Rule – 38 of P & T Man., Vol. IV  of the following officials in P A / S A cadre from one Division to another.

The above transfer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.     The officials are not entitled for TA / TP.

2.     The seniority of the officials in the new unit shall be determined strictly in accordance with the provisions of Rule – 38 of P & T Man., Vol. IV.

3.     They shall not claim repatriation to their parent units at later date before completion of 5 years of service in their new unit.

4.     The pay of the officials will be fixed under normal rules of fixation.

5.     All other terms and conditions of Rule – 38 transfer as amended from time to time shall be applicable to them.

6.     The officials not willing to transfer  may intimate the same to this office within 10 days from the date of receipt of this memo.

The Divisional Supdts. of transferee units will intimate the places of posting to the Divisional Supdts. of transferring units in due course.
