                It is intimated vide C.O. letter No.BD/16-64/2010 (Sub) dated 07.07.2011 to hold two days training programme on Unique identification Authority of India (UIDAI) project at “Department of I & PR, Government of Orissa, Lok Sampark Bhawan, Bhubaneswar-751001 on 16.07.2011 & 17.07.2011 from 10.00AM to 05.00 PM”.   You are requested to keep the office ready for the smooth operation of the above project and one suitable Postal Assistant of your office may be kept ready for undergoing training on the aforesaid dates.

                However, in view of decision taken for launching the project at “BHUBANESWAR GPO” on 19.07.2011 at 10.00AM, the Senior Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO is requested to arrange all the required materials i.e. one table, one chair and space for sitting arrangements etc. ready before hand and compliance be reported.
