Relieving arrangements ordered / Covering Memo issued by SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division in favour of surplus qualified candidates of IP Examination 2009 :

1.     Ms. Neeta Serem Seti, Office Asst., Divisional Office, Bhubaneswar,  the surplus qualified candidates of IP Examination 2009 who has been allotted to Bhubaneswar Region and posted as Inspector of Posts, RMS ‘N’ 1^st Sub-Division  vide C O Memo No. ST/20-9/2001 dated 07.07.2011 and 12.07.2011,  has been ordered to be relieved on office arrangement by SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division vide Memo  No.B.12-6/Ch-IV, Dated 15.07.2011.

2.     Sri Pranab Kumar Mishra, Office Asst., Divisional Office, Bhubaneswar, the surplus qualified candidates of IP Examination 2009 who has been allotted to Sambalpur Region vide C O Memo No.ST/20-9/2001 dated 07.07.2011 and posted as Inspector of Posts, Angul (East) Sub-Division vide Postmaster General, Sambalpur Region Memo No.ST/RO/150-6(B)/2011(Sub) dated 14.07.2011, has been ordered to be relieved  on office arrangement by SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division vide Memo  No.B.12-6/Ch-IV, Dated 19.07.2011

3.     Covering order has been issued by SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division vide Memo  No.B.12-6/Ch-IV , dated 15.07.2011 in favour of Sri Khirod Kumar Das, PA, Cuttack South Division, the surplus qualified candidates of IP Examination 2009 who has been allotted to Bhubaneswar Region and posted as Inspector of Posts, Nimapara Sub Division as per the orders contained in Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar Memo No.ST/20-9/2001 dated 07.07.2011 and 12.07.2011
