Sub:   Vacation of  unauthorized occupants and cleaning of the open space in front of Chief PMG building, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar – Request regarding.

Sir,

This is to bring your kind notice that the open space presently available in front of the Chief PMG building, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar with a local / town bus stop is now seen to be occupied by some outsiders making temporary sheds. In addition, the space is looking very ugly with weeds and bushes. Since it is in a prime location and just facing I G Park remaining packed always with visitors, both local and outside, giving a very poor look it adds to tarnish the image of the state capital, Bhubaneswar. Some portion of the iron barricade earlier available is seen to be stolen now also.

As such, we would like to request you kindly to arrange vacation of the unauthorized occupants from the space with necessary cleaning and installation of barricade so that it can be converted to a beautiful mini-park both to attract visitors and keep up the image of the state capital, Bhubaneswar including that of the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle.
