I am directed to request for wide circulation of the referred letter with suitable instruction to all POs under your jurisdiction for accepting the pre-paid registered letters of Ministry of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries and arrange booking and dispatch of the same bearing licence No.BDM/18-06/2011.
