Pursuant to the orders contained in Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar Memo No: ST/98-16/2012 dtd 07.03.2014, the following Group ‘C’ officials i.e PAs (SBCO) of Bhubaneswar GPO under HQ Region are hereby approved to get financial up-gradation under Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme as per the DTE Letter No: 4-7/MACPs/2009/PCC dated 18.09.2009 and 09.12.2009 as indicated against each below.

          There will be no change in the present posting of the above officials. The pay of the officials so upgraded will be fixed under the provision of FR-22(I)(a)(I) read with clarification Ministry of finance (Department of Expenditure) OM No.1/2008-TC dated 13.9.08.The officials concerned may exercise their option if any for fixation of pay within one month from the date of receipt of this letter.
