Sub:    Supply of duster cloths to the staffs of Bhubaneswar Division.

Sir,

             Due to scorching heat now in Bhubaneswar for unexpected rise in mercury, the staff members of Bhubaneswar Division are working inside and outside the office with much difficulty under sweaty conditions. As such, a piece of duster cloth will be greatly helpful to give some kind of relief from the excessive heat.

As known to this union, Divisional Office has already taken a step to provide duster cloths to the staff members of Bhubaneswar GPO, NSPC and MBC under Bhubaneswar Division for which Circle office has already approved a sum of Rs.29250/- (Rupees twenty nine thousand two hundred fifty only) towards procurement of 150 pieces of duster cloths @Rs.195/- per piece from M/s Khurana Brothers, 39-B, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751009 subject to availability of funds.

Under the circumstances, it is felt justified to provide the same facility to all other staff members of Bhubaneswar Division to avoid any kind of discrimination.

Hope, SSPOs will appreciate this proposal and take further action for sake of justice.
