Sub.     Visit to Delivery Post offices by inspecting Officers to Monitor delivery performance of Post Offices.

    

        This is regarding the visit to the delivery offices by the SSPOs, ASPOs and IPOs. As per directorate instruction the above officers will visit your office once in each month. During their visit they will check the delivery performance of RL, Speed Post, Parcel  articles received and delivered, in deposit, status of uploading of delivery information of your offices as well as BOs attached to your office. Reason of non delivery of accountable articles should be clearly mentioned in the delivery sleep and Postmen returning accountable articles more than the tolerance limit i.e Speed Post 3%,Regd / Parcel-5% and eMO cent percent should be supervised properly and intelligently. They may be specifically instructed to collect contact no (telephone or cell no) of the addressee for making delivery easy in future. You are instructed to keep all the records ready including the copy of the system generated Regd, Parcel and Speed Post abstract.
