Sub.- Training on e-learning program on quality services to be imparted to the staff working in Customer Care Center of Project Arrow Post Offices and Division Office.

         I am directed to intimate that it has been decided by the competent authority to conduct a training on e-learning program on quality services to be imparted to the staff working in Customer Care Center of Project Arrow Post Offices and Division Office of Head Quarters Region on the following schedule date and time table. Therefore it is requested to depute such staffs who are working at Customer Care Center of Project Arrow Post Offices and Division Offices. The training programme will be held at WCTC, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar during 10.00 hrs. to 18.00 hrs. with usual break for lunch and Tea. It should be ensured that the seats are to be fully utilized by the concerned Divisions.
