I am directed to refer to Department of Personnel & Training’s O M No. 13018 / 2 / 2008 – Estt. ( L ), dated 11.09.2008 followed by clarifications issued by them from time to time vide their OMs dated 29.09.2008, 18.11.2008 , 2.12.2008, 7.9.2010 and 30.12.2010 on the subject mentioned above  and to say that it may be ensured that the cases of grant of child care leave  are promptly dealt with as per the instructions of Government of India issued vide above referred Office Memoranda.
