  Dear Comrades,

Being not agreed to the arbitrary decisions taken and reflected in the minutes  dated 06.06.2011 ( already published separately ) the Circle Secretaries  of AI RMS & MMS EU, Group-C and Mail Guard & MTS started Indefinite Hunger Fast  from today i.e. 08.06.2011 in the premises of the Circle office as per the notice already issued on 24.05.2011 to the Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar.

            In protest against gross injustice  arbitrary and unilateral decisions  of Orissa Circle administration confronting to staff and establishment of R M S wing, Com. R N Dhal and Com. H K Mohanty,   Circle Secretaries  of AI RMS & MMS EU, Group-C and Mail Guard & MTS respectively started  Indefinite Fast from today morning. The programme was inaugurated by Com. Banshidhar Mohanty ,the octogenarian trade union leader of Orissa and attended by the  members, Divisional Secretaries and Circle Secretaries of AIPEU, Group-C, Postmen and MTS and AIPEDEU.

The All India Postal Employees Union, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division  while extending full moral support to this agitational programme with expectation of total success, appeals   the Circle administration for immediate redressal of the genuine problems.
