                The following outsider candidates who have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Postal Assistant in Bhubaneswar Postal Division against the vacancies of the year 2009 & 2010, are hereby directed to undergo “in house training” at Bhubaneswar GPO for two weeks with effect from 08.08.2011 (Monday).

                The “in house training” (both theoretical and practical) will be imparted by the Senior Postmaster & Deputy Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO for two weeks with effect from 08.08.2011 (Monday). The “in house training” in no way shall be treated as substitute for the formal training to be imparted by PTC unless it is so vouched by Training Wing / PTCs. The training will be imparted in such a manner so that the candidates can be posted to work in different computer modules, back office work till they are trained in PTCs. The candidates should not be allowed to work in any branch independently during the above training period. After completion of the “in house training”, the Senior Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO should furnish a certificate to the effect that they have completed the training for two weeks successfully.
