Sub:-   1.         Resumption of Airmail Services with Libya & Syria

            2.         Introduction of Airmail Services with South Sudan through Kenya in open transit.

Sir,

The Airmail services with Libya & Syria were suspended due to various problem in conveyance of mail. In view of the improved situation, it has now been decided to resume the Airmail services to Libya & Syria with immediate effect.

The Airmail services with South Sudan is also introduced and India will send their all the airmail items meant to South Sudan will be sending through Kenya in ‘open transit’ with immediate effect.

The air routing for Libya & Syria Airmail will be same as prior to suspension of Airmail Services.
