Harassment at workplace: This must be the test case for trying sexual offences

India is heading into a winter of discontent as more and more women come forward with their stories of harassment in the workplace, or simply, in the course of work. The chattering classes have been smug in their belief that the misogyny that manifests itself in the pronouncements of khap panchayats belonged to another world, or at least another society. "We don't have such medieval mindsets," we would congratulate ourselves.
