The following officials/ their spouse as mentioned detailed below have been selected for the circle cultural team to participate in the above All India Postal Cultural Meet at Jabalpur ((MP Circle) from 13.12.2013 to 17.12.2013. As per information received from the parents of the participants the following officials/ their spouse as mentioned detailed below have been nominated as escort of their children during  the above All India cultural meet.

                Participants at Sl. No. 4, 11, 12, 13 & 14 above are employees of the department. Hence period of participation in All India Meet from 13^th to 17^th Dec 2013 including journey time of the officials will be treated as on duty and they are entitled to draw T.A.& D.A. as admissible under rule. For, Participant at Sl No. 2, TA/ DA will be borne from OCPSB fund & the participant may be granted Spl CL from 13.12.13 to 17.12.2013 plus actual journey time.

Escorts: At Sl. No 1, 6, 8 & 10 are parents of the junior participants and girl participants less than 18 years. All Escorts except (Sl No. 6) who are employees of the department will be treated as on duty and they are entitled to draw T.A.& D.A. as admissible under rule. Escort at Sl. No 6 may be granted Spl CL from 13.12.13 to 17.12.2013 plus actual journey time.

 But in case of junior participants and girl participants less than 18 years old, escorts other than employees of the Department & Sl No. 6 will be paid TA & DA from OCPSB fund. It is for information to all escorts that they are responsible for care, security, safety of their children during journey and also during the Meet at Nagpur. 

As informed earlier all above participants & escorts are advised to purchase their return tickets in advance.

 Reception : All the teams will be received at Railway Station, Jabalpur. The reception counter will start functioning from 12.12.2013 early morning.

Climate : The climate in Jabalpur during the month of December will be cold . All the participants/escorts are advised to bring woolen cloths and blankets with them.

Photo Identity Card :All participants are advised to take Identity card with them while proceed to Vadodara. Those participants are not issued Identity card they must report undersigned immediately with 1 Passport Size Photograph and collect the I. Card. (For escorts I. Card is not necessary.)

Rolling Shield/Trophy: The participant those who had been awarded Shields/Cups/Trophies during the last All India cultural Meet must take the same for return to the organizing committee at Jabalpur.

Shri Pradosh Kumar Mohanty, P.A, CO has been nominated as Manager of the Team. All the participants and escorts are hereby instructed to intimate date, time & train no. in which they are proceeding for Jabalpur.

All the participants & escorts are directed to remain present & maintain discipline in the auditorium during all competitions of Odisha Circle team from 13.12.13 to 17.12.2013.

It has been intimated by the C.P.M.G., MP Circle that no accommodation will be given before 12.12.13 & after 17.12.13.  No Guests/Extra persons will be allowed to stay with the hostel with the team. Consumption of Liquor and Smoking will be strictly prohibited.

In case of any protest against decision of the judges aises, only the team Manager is authorised to submit written protest to the organising committee of the above said All India Meet, no participants/ escorts are allowed to discuss the matter with the host circle organisers.
