Sub :-  Regarding allocation of target for opening of  Sukanya Samridhi Yojana accounts during 2015-16.

The target of opening of Sukanya Samridhi Yojana accounts to be opened during the financial year 2015-16 for Bhubaneswar GPO,MDGs,SOs and BOs has been furnished below for your kind information and necessary action..

HSG-II	2000 each + (100 x No. of BOs under jurisdiction of the concerned MDG)
LSG SO	1000 each+ (100 x No. of BOs under jurisdiction of the concerned S.O.)
“A” Class SO	700 each+ (100 x No. of BOs under jurisdiction of the concerned S.O.)
“B” Class SO	500 each + (100 x No. of BOs under jurisdiction of the concerned S.O.)
“C” Class SO	300 each+ (100 x No. of BOs under jurisdiction of the concerned S.O.)
BO	100 each

 

To achieve the target of the Division it is instructed to make all out efforts by sensitizing the members of public ,Depositors,women organization,potential cutomerd,MPKBY agents and others for mobolization and opening of more no of accounts besides the usual target given by the department.

 You are therefore directed to make all-out efforts to achieve the target and submit the report weekly in the following proforma through eMail on each Saturday in respect of that week starting from 29.06.2015  till 31.03.2016 for onward report to CO.

Copy to : Regd - The ASP(I/C),BBSR North Sub Division/ IP,BBSR South Sub Division/IP,Nimapara Sub Division.All Sub divisional Heads should pay visit to the Post Offices under their jurisdiction and discuss with the PMs/SPMs/BPMs concerned and to prepare the action plan for achieving the target.As like RPLI ans SB Mela special SSA Melas may be held in the post offices under each division.Melas may also be organized in schools and colleges,girls and co education institutions to sensitize girl students about the scheme. They will please furnish the no. of new SSA accounts opened by each SOs and BOs under their administrative jurisdiction in their 2^nd fortnightly Diary.
