Dear All,
Kindly note to monitor the User IDs
creation/SOL Change/Role Change in Finacle and prompt response to the same one
new email ID has been created.
Henceforth please forward all the
requests for new additional USER IDs creation in Finacle and Role/SOL change to
the below newly created email ID:
Correct way for request of USER IDs
Creation/SOL Change/Role Change:-
In case of SO Office:
1. All the requests for New User
ID Creation in respect of SOs in all case of transfer/posting/temporary
arrangement will only be accepted from division office. (Time:
before 1 working day)
2. For LSG and above in case of ROLE
Change the Head of the Office can request the CPC directly for necessary
modification. (Time: before 1 working day)
In case of Head Offices:
1. All the requests for New User
ID Creation & modification in respect of HOs in all case
of transfer/posting will only be accepted from division
office. (Time: before 1 working day)
2. In the case of temporary
arrangement of HOs, the PM can directly request the CPC for modification in
ROLE of the User. (Time: before 1 working day)

For Role/SOL change, only information should
reach through in email.

Tips of finacle : The passwords are case
sensitive, must not be shared with anyone.
