NFPE greets the new entrants of Bhubaneswar Division to the Department in Postman & P A cadre

34 candidates have been selected under Direct Recruitment process to the Department in Postman cadre and 5 LGOs under Departmental quota to P A cadre in Bhubaneswar Division and all are now being imparted the required training in Bhubaneswar GPO.

Today on 27.06.2015, Com. B Samal, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar had an occasion to address the trainees at P R C, Bhubaneswar GPO on Change Management. While welcoming the trainees on behalf of India Post, Com. Samal also greets them on behalf of N F P E briefing the glorious successful story of P & T Trade Union Movement along with the role of N F P E in giving justice to the postal employees. NFPE is always in favour of modernization, computerization and digitization and accepting the change subject to fulfilment of the basic requirements of its staff members.

All the trainees were made aware on the changing needs of the Department including the role of a postman / P A in maintaining the goodwill of this glorious organization and suggested to work with utmost sincerity and devotion keeping an eye on transformation of India Post. The success story on Change Management written by Com. Samal and awarded  the 1st prize by the Change Management Team of the Postal Directorate and recently published in the 3rd Edition of I T Project News Letter ( Parivartan) was told  to the trainees with suggestion to change their mind set to accept the  Change.

NFPE is the only militant organization in the Department which can take care of everybody’s grieves and sorrows, the trainees were informed.

It is quite happy to note that all the 39 new entrants ( 34 Postmen and 5 P As) have already given their consent to join NFPE.

The NFPE Team was accompanied with Com. Lingaraj Sahoo, Vice-President, P-III, Com. D R Mohanty, Asst. Secretary, P-III, Com. Nihar Ranjan Pattnaik, Organizing Secretary, P-III, Com. Sudhir Ku. Mohanty, Divisional Secretary, P – IV, Com. P K Samantara, Divisional President, P-IV, Com. Nirmal Patra, Treasurer, P-IV, Bhubaneswar Division.
