Dear Comrades,
As a part of our drive to dequarterize all post attached quarters either below schedule of accommodation or in dilapidated condition , we had taken the issue of Nimapara MDG since 2009 . Primarily the same was dequarterized for a period of 6 months up to 10.06.2010. Now it has been ordered to be dequarterized till completion of civil work.
It is worth mentioning here that some days back while the Relief Team of this union had visited Nimapara MDG, the dilapidated condition of the P O building and post quarters was brought to the notice of all concerned through this blog. Subsequently, a team from the civil wing of C O including SSPOs has already visited the office for preliminary estimate.

In pursuant of the Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle , Bhubaneswar letter No. Bldg / 16 – 28 / 99 ( Sub ), dated 05.09.2011, the post quarter provided to the Postmaster, Nimapara MDG is here by declared “DEQUARTERIZED” for the Postmaster for further extension period with effect from 11.06.2010 to till completion of the work by the civil wing.
As regards, the concerned Postmasters of Nimapara MDG are permitted for drawal of HRA as admissible in lieu of post quarter for the extension period i.e. w.e.f. 11.06.2010 accordingly.
