Part-I
In pursuance of the approval of the Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001 conveyed vide C.O Memo No: ST/97-264/2011 dtd 04.08.2011, the following officials in Postal Asst. cadre of Puri / Cuttack North /Cuttack South / Dhenkanal / Koraput Division whose transfer under Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume-IV has been approved to Bhubaneswar Division, are hereby posted against the posts as mentioned against their names below.

The Divisional Heads concerned are requested to ensure before relief that there is no Disciplinary / Vigilance case pending against the officials of their unit. The transfer of the officials is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. The officials will not claim any TA / TP.
2. The seniority of the officials on joining duty in the new unit will be determined strictly in accordance with the provisions of revised Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume - IV.
3. The pay of the officials on transfer will be regulated under F.R.-22/under normal rules of fixation.
4. They shall not claim for repatriation back to their parent unit at a later date before completion of 5 years of service in the new unit.
5. The officials will forgo all claims for confirmation in the unit where they are working.
6. All other terms and conditions of Rule-38 transfer shall be applicable to them in toto.
· Relieving charge report may be issued to all concerned.
Part-II
Consequent upon posting of the officials transferred under Rule-38 of P & T Manual Volume-IV as ordered at Part-I, the following transfers and postings in Postal Assistant cadre are hereby ordered in the interest of service to have immediate effect.

· Relieving charge report may be issued to all concerned.
Part-III
The following transfers and postings in Postal Assistant cadre are hereby ordered to have immediate effect. The officials are not entitled to any TA/TP since the transfer is made at their own request.
