General Secretary, AIPEU, Gr.-C, CHQ writes to the Secretary ( Posts ) on declaration of Postmaster Grade-I remaining results.

            It is brought to our notice that in respect of eight circles, 14 last vacancies for Postmaster - Grade I have not been declared vide Directorate letter No. A-3401/2/ 03/2011 dt 30.06.2011 on the reason that some candidates secured equal marks.

            After the declaration of results, many officials have declined their option after passing the exam and such posts are still kept vacant. If the said posts are filled, it will facilitate to wipe out the list of candidates secured good marks in the Grade I Postmaster examination and also to fill up the 14 vacancies left undeclared at the time of declaring the results.

            As such, it is requested to review the same and declare the results to all the posts which were declined by the officials after the release the results on 30.06.2011 with the candidates secured marks below the last declared candidates of each circle.
