Sub: - Submission of application for allotment of only Type-I quarters during the Year 2011- 2012.

Two Nos. of Type-I quarters are laying vacant due to non receipt of any application from the eligible officials for which it has been decided to call for applications from the intending officials to allot those Type-I quarters. The officials so interested may apply through proper channel by 31.10.2011. As such applications received at your end up to 31.10.2011 should be forwarded to this office on or before 05.11 .20 11 positively. Applications received from any source after due date shall not be taken into consideration. This should be brought to the notice of all concerned. A copy of the proforma application for allotment of Departmental quarters is sent enclosed herewith for necessary disposal at your end.
