Sub: Continuation of ad-hoc promotion in the cadre of HSG-I.

                        With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to intimate that Directorate vide their letter No.4-16-2002-SPB-II dated 13.07.2012 has sought information in respect of all the officials promoted on ad-hoc basis in HSG-I cadre in respect of whom extension in terms of ad-hoc promotion is being sought, in a tabular form, indicating name, date of retirement on attaining age of superannuation, date since when continuing on ad-hoc arrangement and the total time already spent in ad-hoc arrangement.

            It is, therefore, requested that the requisite information, as mentioned in the tabular form should be furnished by email adstaffori@gmail.com. / faxed today positively to enable this office to send a consolidated report to the Directorate in time.

            This may be treated as extremely urgent since the matter is to be taken up with the DOP&T for continuation of ad-hoc arrangement to the officials working in HSG-I cadre.
