Local officiating arrangement against vacant posts of Inspector of Posts

           It has been decided by the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle to make local officiating arrangement from among eligible and willing officials of PA/SA cadre observing usual formalities against vacant posts of IP cadre in the Headquarters Region on short term basis not exceeding eleven months or till posting of approved officials whichever is earlier.

As such all SSPOs/ SPOs in HQ Region including  SSRM, RMS N Division      have been requested vide CO letter  No. ST / 20 – 8 / 2004, dated 23.08.2012   to call for applications from eligible officials   willing to officiate against vacant post(s) of IP cadre of their respective  division on short term basis immediately with intimation to C O on details of officials selected for officiating arrangement for necessary approval within 05.09.2012
