Sub: Local officiating arrangement against vacant
posts of IP, Bhubaneswar South Sub Division.
The post of IP, Bhubaneswar South Sub
Division is lying vacant, In order to manage the work of the IP, Bhubaneswar
South Sub Division, ad-hoc officiating arrangement will be made locally by
posting of one eligible permanent Postal Assistant of Bhubaneswar Division
completing minimum 05(five) years of service in PA cadre with good record of
service and within the prescribed age limit.
The adhoc officiating arrangement will
continue for a period of 11(eleven) months from the date of assumption of charge
or till order/posting of regular IP which ever is earlier.
This may please be given wide
circulation amongst all the eligible officials and applications so received from
the eligible officials in the format furnished below should be forwarded so as
to reach this office on or before 04.09.2012.
