Sub:    Organization of PLI/RPLI Mela at Sub-Divisional level.

Ref:     This office letter of even no. dated 18.11.2013.

             In continuation to this office letter under reference, I am directed to intimate the followings.

1.      At least two PLI-Cum-RPLI Melas may be held in the month of Dec-2013 as per the convenience of Divisions (Preferably at sub-Divisional Hqrs.).

2.      Divisions will submit the reports on Mela in the prescribed format as circulated earlier as per letter under reference.

3.      Under no circumstances the business target/ Premium income target should be compromised.

4.      Funds utilized for the purpose should be charged under A & P Plan head during this month and should appear in the 2^ndfortnightly Plan fund utilization report.

This has the approval of competent authority.
