Dear Comrades,
You are aware that due to non-availability of Executive Engeer ( Civil ) in Odisha Circle and huge vacancy in J E ( Civil) , all types of civil works are being highly delayed or tuned down. The Circle Union, now expressing its concern has requested the intervention of the CHQ in this regard. The copy of the Circle Union letter No. UN/AIPEU,Gr.-C/Orissa/11-10, dated 01.11.2010 addressed to Com. K V Sridharan, General Secretary, AIPEU, Group-C, CHQ, New Delhi is reproduced below for the information of our common members.
