Sub:-  Extension of ad-hoc arrangements in HSG - I – Case of Odisha Circle

Dear Comrade,

As you know, the Postal Directorate vide letter No.4-16/2002 SPB-II dated 29/10/2010 has intimated to all the Circle Heads that the matter for extending the ad-hoc arrangements for a further period of six months has already been taken up with the Department of Personnel &Training and further orders in this regard may be awaited.

           In view of the above all the circle heads are required to order further extension of ad-hoc arrangements in HSG-I until further orders subject to the conditions prescribed in the earlier memos.

           

It is worth mentioning here that the present extension will expire on 19.11.2010. But no such order for extension has yet been issued by the our C O.

Therefore, it is requested to bring the matter to the notice of the Odisha Circle Administration at once and appraise suitably for immediate extension of ad-hoc arrangements in HSG-I in Odisha Circle to avoid any dislocation.

Since time is too short, top priority should be given to this issue.
