Dear Comrade,
This has a reference to this Union’s letter No. UN-BN/AIPEU-Gr.-C/05-08/2010, Dated 25th August, 2010 addressed to the SSPOs, Bhubaneswar Division and copy endorsed to the Circle Union strongly protesting the delayed circulation of the above C O letters reaching in the grass root level on 25.08.2010 i.e. the last date fixed for submission of filled in application forms with required quotations. However, subsequently, the last date was extended up to 06.09.2010 vide C O letter No. AP / 8 – 3 / OMAC / 08-09, dated 27.08.2010.
But regretfully, though a period of 2 months has been elapsed, the eligible officials have not yet been sanctioned with the required advances.
Therefore, it is requested to appraise suitably the circle administration to avoid delay in such staff welfare matters and expedite sanction of the above advances at the earliest.
