Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working Committee Meeting of this Divisional union at 10.00 hours on 22.07.2012  in the premises of Sahidnagar  MDG, Bhubaneswar – 751 007.

            The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.         Review of resolutions of last DWC.

2          Significant events /activities after 7^th Biennial Conference:

            a.         Earth Day celebration in the campus of Pipli Post office on 22.04.2012.

            b.         Retirement of Com. K V Sridharan, Genl. Secy., AIPEU, Gr.-C on 31.05.2012.

c.         State level meeting of the Confederation in Bhubaneswar( 26.06.2012) / Cuttack in connection with March to Parliament on 26^th July, 2012 and preparation of Bhubaneswar Division for participation including NFPE Convention at New Delhi.

            d.         Day-long Dharana Programme by AIPEU-GDS(NFPE) on 28^th June, 2012.

e.         High-handedness of outside authorities on India Post and its employees.   

3.         Organizational Review  & collection of new membership.

4.         Organizational restructuring in the Department of Posts.

5.         Core Banking Solution – Problems faced by the SPM/Postmasters.

6.         Proposal for Cadre Review in respect of Group B (Non Gazetted) & Group ‘C’ Cadre in operative side of Postal Department – views of NFPE.

7.         Monthly Union Meetings with Divisional Administration on Staff Problems.

8.         Any other item with the permission of Chair.

9.         Vote of thanks.

All  the Working  Committee members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail.
