Sub: Proposal for collection of annual voluntary subscription for development of sports activities in the circle.

Orissa Circle Sports Board meeting was held on 30.05.2012 at Circle Office, Bhubaneswar under the chairmanship of the Chief PMG, Orissa Circle.

In the meeting, the Chief PMG emphasized on raising funds through contribution from the staff members. The contribution for raising the funds for sports activities may be deducted from salary of July 2012 of all the staff members as under, unless somebody gives his/her declination for the same.

The rate of contribution was decided as under:

(i)            GDS       -              Rs 25/- per annum

(ii)           Gr. C /Postman /  Multi-skilled  Employees / PA / SA   -               Rs 50/- per annum

(iii)          Gr. A / B -              Rs.100/- per annum

Proforma of willingness is enclosed for taking necessary action by the DDOs concerned. The Divisional Superintendants are requested to give it a wide circulation among the GDS employees working under them in Oriya language.
